The right crew, wherever the event happens.

Portugal is an event destination. But the Tapadas don't stay here. We bring our crew to any destination — and we welcome in Portugal those who need a trusted team on the ground.

Produce an event
01

We send Tapadas abroad.

The crew that works Portugal's festivals and stadiums travels with the event. The same Tapadas who build NOS Alive in Lisbon can be in Madrid, Istanbul or Doha the following week.

They arrive with the plan, the equipment and the experience of someone who has solved the same problem a hundred times. They land and fall into the event's rhythm as if it were their home stage.

02

Liked the team here? We send them abroad.

Many of our clients start by hiring us for an event in Portugal. They like the rigour, the initiative, the Tapada spirit. When the next event is in another country, they ask for the same team.

And we go. Same crew, same working language, the peace of mind of knowing the backstage is covered. If the promoter trusts the home team, there's no reason to switch.

03

We help set up in Portugal for foreign companies.

Portugal is now one of Europe's leading destinations for events, festivals and conferences. When an international production arrives, it needs someone on the ground who knows the venues, the authorities, the suppliers and how things work in Portugal.

We are that bridge: import clearances, venue coordination, local crews, technical equipment and all the logistics so the visiting team arrives and feels at home. From the first site visit to the final load-out, the backstage is ours.

Where we've been.

Lisbon, Sintra, Viseu, Madrid, Istanbul and Qatar. The Tapadas' footprint has gone beyond Portugal for over a decade.
