Building a stage in twelve hours: planning the impossible

Between the truck arriving and the first soundcheck lies a plan with hundreds of decisions already made.

When a stage must be ready by late afternoon, the build starts weeks earlier on paper. We define truck arrivals, trussing sequence, rigging points and who does what, hour by hour.

Nothing enters the stage without an assigned place. Every case has a destination, every crew has a role and every role has a named lead.

What looks like speed on the day is repetition. That collective memory saves hours without compromising safety.
